The Approach
Estate-scale intelligence, residence-level precision
Six contemporary residences — each with its own character, each drawing on a shared infrastructure backbone. IHO designed and deployed a dedicated 1km fibre ring serving the estate, ensuring each home connects with enterprise-grade reliability while remaining independently controlled.
The lead residence receives the full IHO treatment: Control4 as the integration hub, Lutron HomeWorks with 72 loads and 36 motorised shades and rollers, a reference-grade M&K 7.4.4 Dolby Atmos cinema on a 132" screen, and AJAX wireless security. 2N/Akuvox estate intercom and access control binds the six houses into a single managed environment.
