Energy

Power, managed like everything else.

Solar, battery storage and AI-driven load management, integrated into your automation system. The lights never flicker; the house decides what runs and when.

Why it belongs in the automation system

Most installers stop at the inverter. We start there.

A solar system on its own is plumbing. Connected to the home's intelligence, it becomes strategy: geysers heat when the sun is generating, the pool pump waits its turn, non-essential circuits shed themselves before the batteries are stressed, and the system learns from weather forecasts before a storm arrives.

Generation & storage

Tier-one solar and lithium storage, engineered for the property's real load profile — not a brochure estimate.

Intelligent load control

Geysers, pool plant, HVAC and EV charging orchestrated automatically around solar yield, tariffs and outages.

AI-driven optimisation

Our in-house Control4 energy driver uses live weather and consumption data to make decisions a timer never could — developed and proven on our own 21.6 kWp testbed.

Proven on our own roof

We run what we sell.

Every energy solution we deploy is tested first on our own residential system in Pretoria — a 21.6 kWp array with 60 kWh of storage running our AI energy management driver in production. When we make a recommendation, it comes from years of our own data, not a datasheet.

The approach

Energy that manages itself.

We treat energy as part of the home's intelligence, not a separate box in the plant room. Solar generation, battery storage, inverters and the grid are integrated into the same Control4 or Crestron platform that runs the rest of the house.

That lets the system prioritise self-consumption, shift heavy loads to cheap or solar hours, protect essential circuits during load-shedding and show you exactly where your energy goes. We design around real tariffs and real usage — informed by our own monitored installations — and commission each system to measurable targets rather than rules of thumb.

Questions

Energy, answered.

Can you integrate solar and batteries with my smart home?

Yes — that is central to what we do. We bring solar, battery storage, inverters and load management into the same automation platform that controls lighting, climate and security, so generation and consumption are coordinated automatically and visible from one interface.

Will the system keep essential circuits running during load-shedding?

Yes. We design intelligent load management so essential circuits — lighting, network, security and key appliances — stay powered from battery or solar, and the switchover is automatic and seamless, with no manual intervention.

How do you decide what to automate for energy savings?

We model your actual tariff structure and usage patterns, then schedule heavy loads — geysers, pool pumps, HVAC and EV charging — to run on solar or off-peak power. Decisions are based on measured data rather than assumptions.

Do you work with my existing solar installation?

Usually, yes. We integrate with most common inverters and battery systems. A site assessment confirms compatibility and what level of monitoring and control is possible with your equipment.

Can I see how much energy I am using and generating?

Yes. We surface real-time generation, consumption, battery state and load data on your touchscreens and mobile app, so you can see exactly where energy is going while the system acts on it automatically.

Tired of managing your power manually?

We'll audit your current system — or design one from scratch — and show you what intelligent energy looks like.
