Bishopscourt Estate
Two architecturally considered residences in Bishopscourt, unified by a Hikvision estate perimeter surveillance system and individually served by enterprise-grade Aruba wireless networks.
The Approach
Secure by design, seamless by experience
These two Bishopscourt residences sit within a shared perimeter and called for a security and networking solution scaled to match their architecture. IHO deployed a 12-camera Hikvision CCTV ring covering the estate boundary, complemented by Hikvision video intercom and access at the estate entry point.
Each house receives a dedicated Aruba enterprise Wi-Fi deployment — the same platform found in premium hotels and corporate campuses — ensuring consistent, interference-free coverage across large floor plates, outdoor entertaining areas and garden wings. Both networks are independently managed and fully segmented.
